How A.C.C.E.S.S. can help

- Work through web research, a plain-language summary, a draft document or a simple graphic. Learn how to describe the task and review the result before using it.
- Small business use
- Consider tools for organizing information, preparing content and handling recurring office work. The starting point is the job and the available budget, rather than a particular product.
- Skill building
- Understand the steps well enough to repeat them. Ask about unfamiliar terms, compare options and decide which parts of a task need your own judgment.
Using AI responsibly
An AI answer can contain mistakes. Check names, dates, numbers and source material before relying on a summary or sending a document. Keep passwords and private records out of prompts. These tools can help prepare work; they do not decide benefit eligibility or replace professional advice.
Ask about a task
Describe what you want to make or understand, what you have already tried and the device or tool you use. You can also ask about technology coaching for a family or small business.
